A Kappa report again... and with some delay again, my apologies. But
well, it's nearing the end, just one exam left... my mood is
definitely getting better. :)
And the grass is green, and the sky is blue, and the sun is shining,
and nevertheless, there are people thinking about suicide. Colonel
Locke Setzer of Tempest Squadron for example, he challenged us for a
good old inter-squad-competition. :)
Needless to say, I'll accept the challenge, but I'll try to delay it
for three weeks so that we can concentrate on the last phase of the SL
first. I'll keep you informed.
Speaking of which, I still didn't get any TFRs for the semi-finals, so
move your butts, boys. You've been a little too silent for my taste
over the last few days... the activity listing looks kinda depressing
(except Shimir's of course, like always).

- Commodore Promotions (HA Priyum Patel)
I'm very pleased today to be able to honour two of the TIE Corps'
best Flag Officers. Rear Admiral Indaro Gallia, COM of the ISD
Colossus, and Rear Admiral Jahan Kalar, COM of the ISD Relentless,
are both hereby promoted to the rank of Vice Admiral in recognition
of the untiring support they give to their Ships and to the TIE
Corps.

Myself and AD Krax hold both of these Officers in high regard and
these promotions are very much deserved. Congrats guys!

- Wing XI Wing Commander Selected (HA Priyum Patel)
Congratulations go out to Major BubbaX who has been selected to take
over as the Immortal's new Wing Commander.

- Wing XIII WC (HA Priyum Patel)
The position of Wing XIII WC on the ISD Grey Wolf is now open to
applications. Those wishing to apply should be able to meet the
following requirements:

- At least FOUR months experience as a Squadron Commander in the TIE
Corps
- No HCI convictions in the past 12 months
- Familiarity with the online and offline aspects of X-Wing vs TIE
Fighter
- Be able to handle large amounts of email and admin within a short
amount of time in an efficient manner
- Be able to organise competitions / activity within the Wing and
motivate those under your command
- Be able to work in a mature attitude with all levels of command in
the TIE Corps
- Demonstrate that you have the drive and motivation to take command
of a Wing and ensure it's growth and success

You may include up to 2 references from current or former superiors
(get their permission first!). Applications should be sent to
Admiral Darksaber and Vice Admiral Khadgar with the subject "Wing
XIII WC" by Sunday 27th July.

- Testers and engineer sought once again (AD Marcin Szydlowski)
This time we need TIE guys and we have different rules. Contact
TCC:TIE and ask him. If he says you are hired, then you are.
