High Admiral Cyric reporting in for the Tie Corps and the Flight Office on 12/23/04

Next there were a few awards given by the XO in last weeks meeting:

After ten years of hard work in founding and leading the club, GA Ronin has announced his intention to retire as Fleet Commander. At today's meeting he promoted SA Astatine to Grand Admiral and increased his ownership in the club to 40%. Astatine will be running all day to day activities as Fleet Commander as of December 25th, and as of January 7th, he will have full Fleet Commander authority. Congratulations to Astatine and thanks to Ronin for his efforts over the years!

Astatine also named several Christmas awards and promotions at the meeting:
RA Joey C was named as the new Communications Officer.
FO/FA Cyric was promoted to High Admiral.
SO/RA Vladet Xavier was promoted to Vice Admiral.
SCO/FA Ender mBind was awarded the Medal of Honor.
CA:SCO/AD Den Darkhill was promoted to Fleet Admiral.
SOA/CM Tim was awarded a Gold Star of the Empire.
GM/AD Gelton Torr was awarded a Gold Star of the Empire.
SDIR/AD Aseret was awarded a Gold Star of the Empire.
DP Tuss was awarded a Gold Star of the Empire.
COO/FA Khameir Sarin was awarded an Imperial Cross.
FA Talren Moreco was awarded a Gold Star of the Empire.
AD Khadgar was awarded a Gold Star of the Empire.
Congratulations to all involved!

This being said, I'd like everyone in the TC to be assured that there will not be any major changes within the fleet with SA Astatine being named FC. Things will run the same, and assure all your pilots that it will be business as usual. The XO was faced with some difficult decisions in the past, but I feel that we can expect good things from him in the future as the GA. All BGCOM's please forward this to your pilots!

Another bit of info, I'd like each BG to specify two colors for their BG's. A primary color and a secondary color. I'd also like each squadron to specify one color as their squadron color. Please get back to me with this info.

It seems that in the FW arena, the TC is getting our butts handed to us. Practice MP! The COO has many comps and tutorials available. If we are to survive we must be able to compete!

Congrats to RA Trido in being named the new Colossus COM!

There is one day left for the FO sponsored Comps! Get your submissions in!

Remember that all transfers must be ok'ed by the current and incoming squadrons CMDRs, WC's, and COM's and that I should be the last to get notification!

Also make note that Pins are required for anything that involves DB changes. Those of you that can, please submit any requests through the DB!

I will have a War Officer named next week, and expect the war games to resume in Jan 05!

I'd also like to note that I have not forgotten any wings that have submitted requests for pilots. I'm doing all that I can to see the CTs placed where needed when they don't specify a squadron. In the interim, go to the training board and offer help! I haven't processed a lot of CT's into SL's lately. Make sure they have all the help they can get!
