Vimto - the fruitest word I know!
Welcome all to this week's Flight Office report...

If anyone has any questions about Imperial Storm, then please don't hesitate to email either myself (spellfire@btinternet.com) or the War Officer, Vice Admiral Pel (palinathas@aol.com), who will be running this wargame.
- With the resignation of Colonel Garik Hizad earlier this week, a new Wing Commander for Wing XV is already in place...congratulations to the former Scorpion Commander, Major Ekim Yellek (Ruler2b@hotmail.com)!
- Also earlier this week, the Wing I WC was removed from Command at the request
of SovCOM, Vice Admiral Proton (Hullbreach@aol.com).
He asks that for the timebeing, no-one apply for the position.
- The ASF embarks on the third outing of it's Battlegroup-wide competition, ASF Supremacy, today. This from BGCOM/AD Cyric, who will be running the competition:
The Aggressor Strike
Force Squadron Competition started approx. 2.5 - 3 years ago under then AD Priyum.
Its goal was to create an atmosphere for the ASF where everysingle piece of
activity was graded or scored, and each and every pilot had an opportunity to
gain medals for this activity. It sought to find which squadron was the
best in the ASF.
Over the course of three years, the ASF has seen three different BGCOM's,
AD Priyum (now FA Priyum FO), VA Vitcarp, and myself. Each BGCOM ran a SC and
put it through different paces. These paces are what it has evolved to today.
I have personally run two of the Four SC's. ASF SC IV beginning April 1 and
ending May 31st. Two months. The first three SC's were one month in length.
Of the activities graded:
MP, SP, mission creation, battle creation, fiction, medals earned, Iwats courses
completed, Recruitment, Graphics, to name a few are scored. I have also
included WoW standings (1st,2nd,3rd asf pilots in the WoWs)
Also something that I've included in the ASF SC is the ASF Flag Ship, currently
held by the ISD GreyWolf, ASF Escort Squadron currently held by ODIN squadron
WING XIII, and ASF Ace currently held by VA Bruckmack now a member of Avenger
Squadron.
Good luck to all ASF pilots and Squadrons in this competition.
Respectfully,
Fleet Admiral Priyum
Flight Officer & TIE Corps Commander
