- First off, congratulations to the new Wing Commander for Wing IX, Major Krax Tarnisar! I'm sure this will prove to be a successful appointment.

- LC Jesseb recently stepped down as Wing Commander for Wing VI, and SovCOM, VA Proton (Hullbreach@aol.com) is accepting applications for a new WC. He requires that all applicants applicants should have a sense of fair play, a good work ethic and a creative streak that will lead to constant activity and fun throughout the Wing.

- I'm pleased to announce the promotion of RA Proton to the rank of Vice Admiral. Since his appointment as Sovereign Commodore, he's proven himself to be more than competent and dedicated. Congrats Proton! Also congrats to the following on their recent promotion to Squadron Commander:

- The recommendation of his former WC and COM, I've awarded LC Mini Minkus the Gold Star of the Empire in recognition of all of his work and achievements as Commander of Teth Squadron. Congrats Munkus!

- The TO, HA Astatine, has started a new Run-on on the TC Message board which can be found here: http://www.tiecorps.org/mb/view.asp?b=1&l=1&g=1&v=2&t=6063&s=0 I encourage everyone to participate!

- A general reminder: All emails concerning Squadron transfers should be CC'd to the pilot's current Superiors AND to the new ones. If you fail to do this, I'll simply ask you send the email again with these people CC'd.

- And finally, congratulations to Wing VIII, who are the recipients of the TCCOM Award for the month of October! They've proven themselves to be highly active in the recent Battlegroups ECR Competition, so well done!
