Jangly puffs!

- Congratulations to the new Praetorian Commander, CM Loor! Myself and SDIR agreed that he was the best of the applicants and have high hopes for him and the Squadron.

- Some new policies are being added to the Fleet Standing Orders:

1: ALL Commanders and those applying for Commander positions MUST have taken and passed the Squadron Managements Course.
This is something that most Wing Commander's expect, so it's just making it the standard across the Fleet.

2: Ship Standing Orders are now mandatory (Wing SOs in the case of the Sovereign). COMs, if you don't have SSOs, write them up ASAP and send them to your BGCOM for approval.

These will be added to the FSOs shortly.

- Some new Executive Orders. Yay. Check the latest XO report.

- CA:LO/VA Goatham promoted to Admiral.

- TCCOM Award for January will be announced in the next report.

Been fairly quiet this past week, so a short report.
