Greetings and welcome to the latest Flight Office Report.

Having been called away to Bastion for high-level negotiations, the flight Office was a bit behind at the end of the week. All should now be caught up, however. If we missed anything, please bring it to our attention and it will be addressed as appropriate.

Before I left, I did take time to update the subgroup rosters as best I could and the current Fleet Roster should reflect the updates...some were four months out of date...they won't go that long without the FO contacting the appropriate parties for information.

I would like to remind the Fleet that the Flight Office receives a large amount of mail and ID lines make the job of locating people and completing requests easier but PIN numbers are the fastest way to locate members. Use your pin numbers and the processing of requests will go much more smoothly. Also, SA Kawolski has worked diligently to make the database more efficient with the creation of many on-line forms for requests. USE them. If you do not or cannot, make a notation that you are aware of the forms or cannot use the form and why, otherwise I will reject the request regardless of the merits.

This week again saw some shifting of the numbers, but generally the roster remains steady. The Sov picked up a few pilots and the BGs and ASF lost a few. The Avenger opened a new squadron and Daedalus remains full of cadets. On that I would like to congratulate those who are recruiting effectively. The majority of cadets are making squadron requests and are being place pursuant to those requests. If you desire or need more pilots, I suggest you get active because there are effective methods being used to recruit.
