*Squadron News*

- The IS-BR for the Kappa Shore Leave comp goes
to...nobody. Not a big deal really, but nobody
submitted so, nobody won.
- Flight 3 FL spot open for Apps, and still awaiting
peoples ideas on how they can help the Squadron.
- KAPS system has been firmed up. Although there is
still some room for flexibility, the basics of it are
outlined below.

Keep in mind that I may award points for a number of
different things, more than are just listed above. A
good solid activity number to shoot for each month is
40. That averages to one free mission a week or two
cadet letters/IWATS courses a week. See below for

Mission Creation Incentive Competition

From RA Frodo March: As part of
his Quest for more missions, RA Frodo March has made a
Mission Creation Incentive Competition for the Entire
Emperor's Hammer, the pilot who submits the most
battles to the Tactical Office each month for the next
three will receive an IS-PR (as long as its more then
3 battles). And an IS-GR to the pilot who submits the
most Free Missions for those three Months (as long as

Spell Check Your Medal Recommendations!

I try to be very careful when
writing e-mails and posting things online to make sure
that I use correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
I'm seeing many medal recommendations (at all levels
of the TIE Corps) that are simply hurried through with
misspelled words and vague descriptions. From this
point on, I will no longer approve medal
recommendations with gross spelling errors. We should
pride ourselves on our appearance. Also, think of your
pilots and their historical records. No one wants to
think that they were awarded a medal in such a hurry
that their CMDR, WC, COM, or even BGCOM can't take the
time to write out a proper recommendation. Thank you
in advance for your cooperation.
War Officer Selected
