M= y penguins. T= his might be the last report...I do with this old template. D= espite odds, we’ve managed to remain on this unit. A number of us, have bee= n dealing with serious RL issues and others simply did a modest activity so= far. I have to admit personal issues have seriously delayed my plans for u= s and now we risk not doing them at all. Both you and I need to reconsider= things for a moment. This club is not exactly casual and we’ve gone throug= ht a couple events without being even noticed due to our almost total lack = of activity. I think I’ve tried too hard to keep you on the unit guys and t= ried to be lenient on the activity bar. Now we risk losing the squadron. We= are already losing James379 as he’s been transferred to RSV. I hope he ret= urns one day with an active participation. T= herefore, I managed to set up a temporal XWA install and resumed regular fl= ight ops on SP with a little project of providing detaiiled reviews on each= free misión or battle I fly. Mentally it forced me to actually do somethin= g and it made me feel a little better. I’m also reconsidering the notes I m= ade for our planned events and competitions while I still sort my lost file= s as I recover them but at least I’d be flying to set up an example. In ord= er to follow guidelines from command, I’ll be aiming for 20 points a month= , be it SP, MP or a combination of both. As for the reports, I’ll be using = VA Silwar’s awesome report tool for an improved format and will post some o= f the fan fic I’ve been workng on. O= n the comms side, I’ll keep reaching to each one of you on Discord. You mig= ht have noticed the FG DM groups I made so we can communicate directly with= each FG. You also noticed I try to keep an eye on each one of you. However= , I’ll need you to participate on the oficial Alpha Channel at least in ord= er to consider your comms. Just say hi over there, don’t wait for me to rea= ch you on DM. A= nd this is where I, as a CMDR, expect something back from you. I’ll do my = best on my side but you must also meet the activity bar. If you can’t fly, = at least give us some nonflight activity like art (screenshots for example)= , fiction, IU courses, wiki/INPR and as for flight activity, 10 points, be = it SP, MP or a combination of both (SP/LoS/LoCs). Comms only won’t be enoug= h to stay active. I think streaming is a good initiative as well. Trivia is= something some of you have been doing and I appreciate it, in particular C= remel and Pryde. Special mention to Milo for flying two battles and streami= ng TFTC. I really appreciate it! A= s per our manuals , 30 days of no comms (not even email) will mean a pilot = is AWOL. Not meeting the activity bar will mean involuntary transfer to RSV= so please guys, I urge you to stay active. You can ask for a voluntary tra= nsfer to RSV should you feel you can’t stream, play or participate on any a= ctivity. You’d still be a member of the Emperor’s Hammer but our rules stat= e squadrons are for active pilots. That goes for me as well and I have to e= nforce those guidelines as a CMDR or not only I’d lose the job but the squ= adron would be closed. I really don’t want that burden of losing an entire = squadron so I gotta enforce the rules set upon us by the chain of command a= nd our manuals and do the job myself leading by example. I= ’ll be reviewing the situation per FG or rather with each one of you during= the month. Or so I’ll try. Alpha deserves love. I= ’m more interested in the classics and TFTC in particular. If you’re a SWS = guy and want to remain on the unit, fine by me, you’re most welcome, but I = won’t be doing SWS due to a) bandwidth b) there’s somethiing about the game= I never truly liked. I can’t articulate what but somehow the arcade-ish fe= eling, or how. You can wing me for XvT/BoP/XWA/XWAU/TFTC and SC. I also lik= e to play Empire at War and IL2 Sturmovik for some unsupported platforms fu= n. &= nbsp; .=

ChangelogImperialXWA I= believe TFTC-R as it is, could be an adequate base shipset for our campaig= n. I’m going as far as considering we might not need to insstall additionaa= l ships but that’ll depend on what does it take under this new era to patch= an XWA mod. I= ’m still deciding on where I want to take the storyline. I might just let i= t go on and see where it goes.
