Perhaps Locke’s best XW mission.
It’s extremely well-built for an XW mission and prob the most fun I’ve had with the platform in a while.
There are currently no open bug reports for this battle.

Title: Firebird Senior Pilot Test Missions: 1 Game Platform: X-Wing Author: FM/COL Locke Setzer/Firebird 1-2/Wing X/ISDII Challenge/Battlegroup III GS/SSx4/BSx4/PCx6/ISMx4/IAR/MoT-7rh-10gh-16bh/MoI/MoC-2boc/IS-9SW-7BW-PR-3GR-6SR-3BR/ORA-1C/LoC/LoS-TS/DFC/CoS/CoLx2/CoB/LoAx4/OV-22E ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Installation Instructions: X-Wing 95/Disk Installation: Run full install of the game so the mission files will be on your hard drive. The game will take it's mission information by preference from the harddisk, but might still give a warning. In that case - Ignore. Locate your X-W Directory and open the folder labeled "Mission", or "Classic" in X-W95. Copy the *.xwi, *.brf files of this custom battle into it. Create a new pilot based on your pin and the battle's type and name. For example: 2883tc01.plt, if I would be flying the first XW-TC battle. Fly the first "Historical Combat" mission for the "X-Wing". NOTE: the original 1st X-Wing mission in your mission folder will be overwritten, so back them up. X-Wing CD Installation: Download and install XCDR (http://rebelsquadrons.org/xwing/files/xcdr/xcdr.zip) This will let you run custom missions. Put Waistem.BRF and Waistem.XWI in your new "C:\Mission" folder and use XCD to start X-Wing CD. ALTERNATIVE: If using GoG or Steam version of X-Wing CD, consider modifying your game disk ISO file (This would mean updating the Mission folder on the ISO image in the same manner as the X-Wing 95/Disk instructions) ------------------------------------------------------------------------- THIS LEVEL IS NOT MADE, DISTRIBUTED, OR SUPPORTED BY LUCASARTS ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY.
